FAQ'S

Do you have a minimum order?  We have no minimum order and no handling charges. 
 

What are your quantity discounts?  Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. Most items have price breaks at case quantity which is 12 boxes of 144.  Prices and discounts for quantities up to 10,000 (and up to 25,000 for certain items) are also available upon request.  
 

When will my order ship?  Orders normally ship the same day if ordered before 3PM EST.  Otherwise, your order will ship the next day.  Time in transit is normally 2 to 3 business days depending on where you are located. Your order will ship from Charleston, South Carolina.  
 

How is my order shipped?  Most orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day First Class or Priority Mail or if case shipments, or large box orders, we will ship UPS Ground.  If you prefer to use your shipping account for shipping, please provide me a label after checkout. 
 

What are my shipping charges?  We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00 for the lower 48 states.   Hawaii and Alaska will have an extra cost, contact us for shipping price quote.  For shipping charges, just add the items you would like to order to your cart and a "shipping calculator" will give you shipping charges to your zip code.  Please note that I make no money on shipping costs!

 

How do I track my order?  On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders shipped via USPS can be tracked at www.usps.com.  Items shipped via UPS, can be tracked at www.ups.com

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through SQUARE for immediate shipment and ordering on our site is secure and preferred. Orders can also be paid by check, cashier's check or money order. To pay by check, cashier's check or money order, after you complete your transaction in your cart you will be provided payment instructions or you can contact me directly..  Your order will be shipped after the check or money order is received. We do not ship COD.

 

What if I need to cancel an order?  Please contact us if you need to cancel your order ASAP because your order is normally processed the same day.
 

What if I need to return my order?  Any of our items can be returned within 30 days of receipt and there is no restocking fee. Returns should be shipped to us at the following address:  P.O. Box 41, Summerville, SC 29484.

 

What if part of my order is damaged or missing?

Please call or email us a digital picture of the damaged item. Damaged shipments will be replaced at a 1 broken to 3  replacement rate or items missing from shipment will be promptly replaced or refunded. 
 

Do you ship to locations outside the USA?  Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US.

 

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?  Yes.  If you are ordering a single box of rollers the flat rate will cover the shipping,  but there are additional shipping charges that will be incurred on larger orders.  Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

 

Do you ship to APO's and FPO's?  Yes, in fact, your shipping is on me if shipped to an APO/FPO.  Thank you for your service!   Hand Salute...

 

Can I pick up an order if I live in the Charleston area?  Yes, and shipping fees will not apply.   Please call to arrange times.
 

Do you have a catalog?  All of our items with prices are shown online. We do not have a print catalog.  We want to save our customers as much money as we can.
